Pricing and terms at a glance

  • All prices are per business location and exclude VAT.
  • Monthly service is prepaid and renews automatically; cancellation requires 30 days’ written notice.
  • Annual service is paid in full for 12 months in advance with a 10% plan discount.
  • Each new location has a one-time setup fee of 120 € excluding VAT.
  • Comfort and Advanced include one kiosk licence; each additional licence costs 15 € per month or 180 € per year excluding VAT.
  • Each additional Waiter Assistant licence costs 10 € per month or 120 € per year excluding VAT. Setup and add-on licences do not receive the base-plan annual discount.
  • Kiosk hardware, printers, payment terminals and other equipment are not included.
  • Invoices are due in 8 days; service may be suspended after 15 days of late payment.
  • After service ends, supported data may be requested for export within 30 days.
  • eNaroči does not collect guest payments; restaurant revenue goes directly through the restaurant’s own payment channels.
