Does the customer need to install an app?
No. The customer scans the QR code with a smartphone camera and opens the menu directly in a web browser.
Can every table have its own QR code?
Yes. Each table can have a separate QR code, allowing the system to identify the table automatically.
Is the order sent directly to the kitchen?
Yes. Orders can appear automatically in the kitchen KOT and trigger a sound notification.
Does the system support dine-in, pickup and delivery?
Yes. All three order types can be managed in the same system.
Can waiters order using a smartphone?
Yes. The Comfort and Advanced plans include the Mobile Waiter Ordering Assistant.
Is kiosk hardware included?
No. The plan includes the software licence. A tablet, screen, stand, printer and payment terminal are not included unless stated otherwise in the quotation.
Can the restaurant use multiple kitchens?
Yes. Multiple kitchens or preparation areas can be configured, with items organised to match the workflow.
Can the system print tickets and bills?
Yes. Compatibility depends on the printer model, operating system, browser, driver and connection. Testing is required before use.
Does the AI Waiter always require OpenAI?
No. When the external AI service is not active or available, the system uses the local knowledge base.
Does eNaroči collect customer payments?
No. Payments use the restaurant’s own payment methods. The system can record payment status.
Is the system suitable for multiple locations?
Yes. Each business location is configured and billed separately.
How does the annual discount work?
Annual service is paid in full for 12 months in advance with a 10% plan discount.
How much is the initial setup?
Each new business location has a one-time setup fee of 120 € excluding VAT.
How much is an additional kiosk?
Each additional software licence costs 15 € per month or 180 € per year excluding VAT.
